When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

 prompt: when i’m feeling like im in a sour mood, i typically resort to taking a breath and drinking water. sometimes it helps to just literally stop everything and stare into space, and mentally evaluate why i feel agitated or frustrated. it also helps to ask my self if im in bad mood because of something i can control, and if the answer is no, i tell myself to calm down.
