At the end of Letter 21, Celie and Sofia share a rare moment of laughter that softens the tension between them. Write about a time when you and a sibling or family member shared an unexpected moment of joy after things had been tense or confusing. Explain how that moment helped bring you closer.

Prompt: A time I shared an unexpected moment of happiness with family is during the holidays when I went to visit them and the flight for me to get home ended up being delayed. I was with my parents and even though the flight being delayed seemed like a big inconvenience, we ended up bonding and laughing and having a good time in the airport, making the most of what we were given. It was unexpected given the airport seems like a boring place, and it made me feel closer to them.
