 prompt: a time I felt physically limited was when I had to wake up very early to catch a flight, and I had only gotten an hour of sleep beforehand. It was incredibly hard to have my bag properly packed and do all the things necessary for getting to the airport because I felt physically exhausted. It taught me that all the times I'd force myself out of bed for school after not sleeping very long, or any other early event, was going to be hard if I didn't get adequate sleep.
