What would you do: tell your friend to confess, tell their partner yourself, or stay quiet? Explain your choice, using ideas about loyalty and consequences from Fences. How might your decision affect everyone involved?

Prompt: If I was in this situation I would tell the partner. I make this decision on the basis that I have been friends with my friends partner for enough time for our relationship to be well established, I would feel immensely guilty for not telling them about the betrayal happening behind their back. Now if I knew that my friend was 100% going to confess to their wrongdoings, I would leave it to my friend and their partner to sort things out on their own. Though in this case if my friend is being dodgy about fixing it and it doesn't seem like they want to be honest, I would intervene for the sake of my friend.

Summary: Worked on reading a few scenes in Fences and started drafting the poster creation.

Reflection: Gained more insight about the climax of Fences and enough information to get a good feel on the characterization of the main characters.

What do you know about your birth

In "The Lamb" and "The Tyger", both poems suggest that beauty and danger can come from the same source. Describe a time when something or someone you admired also scared or challenged you. How did that experience change the way you see the world or the idea of “goodness”?

Blake uses the chimney sweepers to expose how society ignores suffering. Reflect on a time when you noticed someone being treated unfairly or saw a situation that didn’t seem right. How does this experience connect to the emotions or ideas expressed in one or both poems?
